For
A public CMU student installation

THE BRIEF
Develop an overarching exhibition for fourteen junior design students building personalized campaigns for CMU's student body ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

A NEUTRAL EXHIBIT IDENTITY TO LET COLOR SHINE.
The identity is intentionally warm black and white to allow each student's own project shine, but these different aesthetics are unified with a black name topper. The VocalType typeface, Bayard, is inspired by signs from the 1963 March On Washington For Jobs and Freedom, linking to the exhibit's activist nature of empowering voters.

SCREENPRINTING ACTIVATION
Symbols from multiple students' campaigns were combined to make a screenprint design for free bandanas and tote bags to attract passersby.
